He is alleged to have scammed numerous people by selling OTC and residency-related services that were reportedly not authorized by the UAE government, while presenting them as fully legal and authorized. He is accused of being a first-category scammer and of stealing large sums of money, which he has allegedly used to fund his wealthy, flamboyant lifestyle. These thefts have been kept silent and victims have been scared off with death threats from Tonye Anyanwu.
A growing number of victims have come forward to report that Tonye Anyanwu and has contributed to the evidence against him.
